More decapitated animals in South Sacramento, surveillance video released

Sacramento Police say more decapitated animals have been found in Sacramento, along the train tracks at 26th Avenue.

Grainy, blurry surveillance video shows someone getting out of a white van near the tracks and setting something down before driving away.

What was found was the headless body of a goat, and a bag of decapitated chickens. Nearby, a rat and catfish were also found decapitated.

In 2015, more than a dozen such discoveries have been made across Sacramento.
