Sacramento police investigate Oak Park homicide

Sacramento police are investigating the shooting death of a 45-year-old man in Oak Park Tuesday night.
Officers were called around 11 p.m. to a home in the 3600 block of 38th Street. A man with gunshot wound to his chest was pronounced dead at the scene by Sacramento Fire Department medical personnel.
