Three-day Sacramento Black Book Fair begins this Friday

The second annual Sacramento Black Book Fair opens at 6 p.m. on Friday evening with a meet and greet reception at Underground Books (2814 35th Street) with the featured writers followed by a the opening panel discussion at The Guild Theater and then a post panel mixer at Brickhouse Art Gallery (2837 36th Street).  See the Sacramento Black Book Fair schedule for all the events.

This historic Sacramento Black Book Fair is a 3-day book fair and celebration will include a panel discussion among four featured authors, book signings, talks by each of the featured writers, cultural & food vendors, book discussions with each writer listed in the program (80+), children’s activities, poetry readings, art displays, and much more.
